I first met Richard in 2014 when we reached our first senior football final, and Richard played a huge part in helping us get there. For myself, I felt my game overall improved drastically by doing little preparations during the week of big games, like mental imagery, picturing how I wanted to perform and how I wanted to influence every game in a positive way to help my team.
I believe these little exercises helped us as a team to perform the way we did, and finally win our first Senior Football championship in Carbery Rangers history.
